Join us to study the art of classical ballet at our truly elegant venue nestled in the heart of the French Quarter of Emerald Lakes, Carrara. We offer beautiful 60 minute classes where adults 18+ can enjoy learning or revisiting the foundations of classical ballet technique. Enjoy expressing your artistic side through flowing ballet movements, accompanied by beautiful classical music. Improves posture, co-ordination, balance, memory, mobility, and energy levels. With 3 different levels including a dedicated ‘Silver Swans’ ballet class for mature learners, there’s something to suit every age and every ability. No previous experience is necessary for our Level 1 class / Silver Swans class. Fun, safe, and friendly environment that’s beneficial for both physical and mental health.
