ADULT BALLET CLASSES:

Plié – Jeté – Latté – All – Day at HDA!  Join us to study the art of classical ballet at our truly elegant venue nestled in the heart of the French Quarter of Emerald Lakes, Carrara. We offer beautiful 60 minute classes where you can enjoy learning or revisiting the foundations of classical ballet technique. Enjoy expressing your artistic side through flowing ballet movements, accompanied by beautiful classical music. Improves posture, co-ordination, balance, memory, mobility, and energy levels. There’s something to suit every age, every size, and every ability. No previous experience is necessary for our Basic class/Silver Swans class. Advanced Grade 8 class option for those wanting challenge. Fun, safe, and friendly environment that’s beneficial for both physical and mental health. Casual rates or 5-class-passes available.

We are located on Level 1 of the Maison building, on the corner of The Boulevard and Panorama Dr. Access is via glass doors/stairs just to the right of the fountain near all the cafes.
